Our Delivery Service
All deliveries are handled by our trusted partner BobGo, ensuring secure, trackable, and professional delivery service. We deliver Monday to Friday only - no weekend deliveries are available.
Greater Cape Town Area
Coverage Area:
Includes Cape Town and surrounding areas up to Atlantis, Malmesbury, Paarl, Stellenbosch & Gordon’s Bay.
Delivery Charges:
• Orders R750 and above: FREE delivery
• Orders R749 and below: R100 delivery charge
Outside Greater Cape Town
Coverage:
Door-to-door courier delivery to main areas outside Cape Town (beyond 50km radius).

Collection Options
Self Collection:
You can collect your order directly from us in Plumstead, Cape Town. By appointment only!
Your Own Courier:
You’re welcome to arrange your own courier collection from our premises.

Processing Time:
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are below.
• You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched
Delivery Time:
• Greater Cape Town: 2-3 business days
• Outside Cape Town: 2-5 business days (depending on location)
• Remote areas: May take longer - we’ll provide estimated delivery times
Tracking Your Order
All BobGo deliveries include:
• Real-time tracking updates
• SMS/email notifications
• Delivery confirmation with photo proof
• Insurance coverage for orders over R300 for added peace of mind (Ts and Cs apply!)
Special Delivery Instructions
• Delivery attempts: Monday to Friday only
• Delivery hours: Business hours (we’ll coordinate specific times with you)
• Secure delivery: All packages require signature confirmation
