SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

DELIVERY & COSTS

The cost of delivery is determined by your delivery address and the items that you have ordered

Local:  Delivery within 5 working days*

(Cape Town, Paarl, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Malmesbury, Atlantis)

- For orders under R749.00:  R100.00

  • For orders over R750.00: FREE**

If you wish to arrange to collect your order from us, please send a WhatsApp to Cedric @ 082 658 1745.  We are based in Plumstead, Cape Town Southern Suburbs.

A delivery charge is levied for all deliveries outside of a 50km radius from Cape Town as follows:  Orders weighing between 0kg and 10kg incur a courier charge of R100. Orders weighing between 10.1kg and 15kg costs R150; 15.1-20kg costs R190; 20.1-25kg costs R230; 25.1-35kg costs R290; 36.1-40kg costs R420; 40.1-45kg costs R470; 45.1-50kg costs R510; 50.1-55kg costs R600; 55.1-60kg costs R700; 60.1-70kg costs R850; 70.1-80kg costs R950; 80.1-100kg costs R100 and orders of more than 100kg will be charged R1300 for delivery.

*We reserve the right to decline and refund orders where courier services are not prepared to deliver.

**Certain items require a higher Local, Main, and National area delivery fee. We will notify you prior to delivery if this is the case, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your order if you feel these costs are too high. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders are despatched within 48 hours after payment but things can go wrong that are outside of our control i.e. our suppliers are experiencing National stock shortages etc. We do not hold stock.

If a product you order does not arrive, after 5 working days -

  • Send an email to bizzipra@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp on +27826581745 (Cedric) to advise us of the details of the order so that we can follow up with our courier company. Please bear in mind that deliveries might take longer between 15 December and 15 January.

Delivery times will be booked for delivery to you from Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm. This excludes public holidays.

If you need to place an urgent order please respond to our Thank You Order Confirmation email with a short message that your order is urgent and we will do our best to help you get your order to you in the quickest time possible. Additional costs may apply.

Oh No! What if your order is a temporarily unavailable item after you have placed your order?

You will have the option to do the following:

  • Agree to wait for a longer period for delivery, or
  • Accept delivery of another product instead, or
  • We will issue a refund in respect of that product, or
  • Give you the option to credit your account for the amount equal to the price you paid for the product.

Oh No! What if your order is discontinued or found to be permanently unavailable after you have placed your order?

  • We will notify you
  • We will issue you a refund, or
  • give you the option to credit your account to an amount equal to the price you paid for the product

We will not refund delivery fees if the unavailable item(s) was a part of an order which included items that were delivered to you.

RETURNS POLICY

If you find any of the products to be defective, you may within 21 days after delivery of the products inform us of the defect via bizzipra@gmail.com or WhatsApp Cedric on +27826581745 to arrange to return the goods to us.

We cannot accept returns that have been subjected to misuse, improper use, abuse, alteration, or tampering at your hands and you hereby indemnify Bizzibabs Scratch Patch accordingly.

You will be charged a 10% transaction fee on any incorrect or mistakenly placed orders. In this case, your order must be returned to our address and  courier costs will be for your account.

No refunds will be made until the Goods are returned in good order to our address.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your purchase within 7 days. The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act") states: "if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in our Delivery Policy."

We do not hold stock and certain items for sale do not have a lead time for delivery published on the product detail pages and this needs to be taken into account as part of our delivery policy.

Should you choose to cancel an order which you have not received within our delivery times, items either need to be not accepted and returned with the courier upon delivery or if already received must be returned to Bizzibabs Scratch Patch in the original state.

All order cancellations must be done via WhatsApp on 082 658 1745.

We will then refund you as per our refund policy.
